Invites Bids for Execution of Epcc (engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) Package Comprising of 220 Kv Cable Package for Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project -The scope for 220kV CABLE PACKAGE CONTRACTOR includes Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement & Supply, Manufacture, Fabrication, Inspection, Expediting, Testing at manufacturer’s work, Transportation of all Equipment / material to the work site, unloading at site, Storage, Assembly, Erection, Installation, Cable Termination, Construction, Complete Civil works including Cable Trench, Civil works for Road Crossing (Box culvert & HDD), Civil works for equipment support structures, Civil works for earthing system, Statutory approvals including approvals from AEGCL, Highways, local authorities etc., Testing & Commissioning at site, and handing over of all the facilities including supply of mandatory spares, commissioning spares, special tools and tackles, first fill of consumables and cable route survey for the complete 220kV Cable Package as per job specification, drawings and other documents attached and other codes and standards and the documentation shall be provided as specified in this Scope of Work .Final invoice/billing and handing over the 220kV Cable Package on Lump Sum Turnkey Basis with Final and “as built” drawing/documentation, Project data and information handing over specification in accordance with the Bidding Documents, including supply of Mandatory and recommended spares with necessary support and services during Defect Liability Period and supply of Tools & tackles, consumables, etc. during Commissioning up to successful handing over of the Facilities as part of Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project (NREP) in Numaligarh, Golaghat District, Assam, India
